A good friend of mine has a great saying -- consisting of a solitary word -- when he hears that some movie or television show is being remade: "Why?"This question is rubbing off on me. Imagine my response when I saw an advert for the new Pink Panther movie, The Pink Panther 2. In this case an unnecessary sequel to a movie that did not do particularly well in the first place. (The 2006 Steve Martin version.)
I think the title should be Pink Panther Nein (Nicht!).
My new saying is "nein danke!"
