Wow. I had not realized that the Grande Madame's part of Quebec was so hard done by....

She's quite right about the sturdiness of Quebecois in general. Ironic, since her election platform expected people to piss their pants at the sight of a girl in a headscarf.
Even Lucien Bouchard and Jacques Parizeau were smart enough to distance themselves from Marois after she made 'certain' comments.
